I would advice the people using Night - Unlimited Plans that they should use the scheduler feature of uTorrent.
Which ensures that there will be no torrent seeding or downloading in Non - Night Unlimited Time.
Go to OPTIONS then PREFERENCES and set scheduler as shown-
