Now , you can get Orkut Scraps on your mobile for free to do this here is the tutorial-
Step 1
Firstly, register your Phone on Mytoday by SMSing
REG <yourCityName> to 098453 98453
Step 2
You will recive a text message mentioning your username(Your mobile Number) and password.
Step 3
Go to Orkutfeeds.com and enter your scrapbook address as shown below.
Make sure that you are writing your own uid.
Step 1

Go to Orkutfeeds.com and enter your scrapbook address as shown below.

Then click on Subscribe
Step 4
You will see your scraps if your Scrapbook is not marked as Private.
You will see something like as shown here-
After copying the address from address bar above.
Open mytoday.com
Login using your username and password.

If your scrapbook is private then firstly send a friend request to this Profile, Click here to go.
then you will be able to see like what shown above.

Login using your username and password.

Setting up feed is simple...
Click on SMS as shown below

Give any name to feed and then click Create

And then you are just "Done".
